Do you offer solo or group dog walks?

We offer both solo walks and small group walks (2–4 dogs), depending on your dog's personality, temperament, and needs.
How long are your dog walks?

Walk lengths vary depending on the service booked. We'll recommend the most suitable option during your consultation.
What happens during a home visit?

Home visits can include feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks, playtime, companionship, light grooming, medication (where agreed), and plenty of fuss.
Will I receive updates?

Yes. After every walk or home visit, you'll receive a text and photo update so you can see how your dog has enjoyed their time.
Are you fully insured?

Yes. Pawfect Pace is fully insured, giving you complete peace of mind whenever your dog is in our care.Home visits can include feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks, playtime, companionship, light grooming, medication (where agreed), and plenty of fuss.
Are you DBS checked?

Are you trained in canine first aid?

Do I need to meet you before booking?

Yes. We offer a free meet and greet to get to know you and your dog, discuss their routine, and ensure we're the right fit.
Can you walk puppies?

Yes. We can provide puppy visits and age-appropriate walks based on your puppy's age, breed, and vaccination status.
Do you walk reactive or nervous dogs?

Every dog is assessed individually. Please let us know about any behavioural or medical concerns before booking so we can determine whether we're the right fit.
Do you accept aggressive or dangerous dogs?

For the safety of everyone, we reserve the right to decline bookings for dogs that display dangerous or aggressive behaviour.
What happens in hot weather?

Your dog's safety comes first. During very hot weather, walks may be shortened, moved to cooler times of the day, replaced with a home visit, or cancelled if conditions are unsafe.
What happens during storms or extreme weather?

We monitor weather conditions carefully. If it isn't safe to walk your dog, we'll discuss alternative arrangements such as a home visit or rescheduling.
